Q Syksyn startti / Q Fall '22 Kick Off

Tiistai 20.9. klo 18.30 alkaen Groudonissa (Leppäsuonkatu 11, 1. krs.)

Tapahtuman aluksi järjestetään yhdistyksen ylimääräinen kokous, jossa valitaan hallituksen uusi jäsen. Olet tervetullut tapaamiseen, vaikket hakisi tiimeihin tai hallitukseen ennakkoon lomakkeilla.

Olemme juuri avanneet haun yhteen hallituspaikkaan sekä tiimeihin. Qaarevan hallitus hakee riveihinsä täydennystä loppuvuodelle 2022. Hallituksessa on tilaa yhdelle innokkaalle tekijälle. Haluatko olla Qaarevan LGBTQIA+ oikeustyön ytimessä ja edistää yhdessä ihmisoikeuksien toteutumista niin yliopistolla kuin yhteiskunnassa? Tässä on myös loistava tilaisuus kokeilla, miltä järjestötoiminta tuntuu lyhytaikaisemmalla sitoutumisella kuin normaalisti. Hae mukaan Qaareva ry:n hallitukseen nyt! Qaareva toimii neljässä tiimissä: viestintä-, verkkosivu-, tapahtuma- ja yhdenvertaisuustiimi. Erityisesti yhdenvertaisuuskyselyn tulosten analyysiin tarvitaan tekijää. Tiimit ovat tärkeä osa Qaarevan toiminnan suunnittelua ja toteutusta. Haemme nyt tiimiläisiä etenkin loppuvuodelle. ESTEETTÖMYYSTIEDOT

 Leppäsuonkadulle pääsee sekä busseilla että raitiovaunulla esimerkiksi Mechelinkadun pysäkeiltä. Myös Kampin metroasemalta on mahdollista saapua tilaan. Inva-taksilla on mahdollista ajaa oven eteen pihalle. Tila sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja on saavutettavissa manuaali- ja sähköpyörätuolilla. Leppäsuonkadun ovella on pieni tasoero, kaksi matalaa muutaman sentin kynnystä. Mechelininkadun puolella kiertäessä on myös pyörätuoliramppi. Talossa on esteetön WC ja sukupuolineutraali WC. Tilassa on istumapaikkoja vähintään 20 henkilölle. Tilaan on mahdollista tuoda avustaja- tai opaskoira. Kokoukseen voi osallistua myös etänä. Kokouksessa on tarjolla käsidesiä ja kasvomaskeja.

At the beginning of the event, an additional meeting of the association will be organized, where a new member of the board will be elected. You are welcome to the meeting, even if you do not apply to the teams or the board in advance with forms.

The board of Qaareva is looking for an additional board member for the end of 2022. There is room for one enthusiastic person on the board. Do you want to be at the heart of Qaareva's LGBTQIA+ legal work and together promote human rights both at the university and in society? Qaareva works in four teams: communication, website, event and equality team. In particular, a team member is needed for the analysis of the results of the equality survey. We are now looking for team members, especially for the rest of the year. Working in a team is a great way to get involved in Qaareva's activities - everyone's help is needed. ACCESSIBILITY

You can reach Leppäsuonkatu by both buses and trams from, for example, Mechelinkatu stops. It is also possible to walk to the premises from the Kamppi metro station. It is possible to drive in front of the main door with disabled taxi. The facility is located on the first floor and is accessible by manual and electric wheelchairs. The door of Leppäsuonkatu has a small level difference, two low thresholds of a few centimeters. There is also a wheelchair ramp on the side of Mechelinkatu. The house has an accessible toilet and a gender-neutral toilet. The space has seating for at least 20 people. It is possible to bring an assistant or a guide dog to the event. You can also participate in the meeting remotely. Hand sanitizer and face masks are available at the meeting.
