Kevätkokous 2024 / Spring meeting

Lämpimästi tervetuloa Qaarevan sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen, joka järjestetään perjantaina 5.4.2024 klo 17-20 Setan tiloissa Pasilassa kokoushuone Tovessa, osoitteessa Pasilanraitio 5 (2. kerros), 00240 Helsinki. Kokoukseen voi halutessaan osallistua etänä Zoomin välityksellä. Ilmoittauduthan kevätkokoukseen sähköpostitse qaareva@outlook.com 3.4. mennessä ja kerro samalla meille millä tavoin aiot osallistua kokoukseen.

Kokouksen jälkeen pidämme queerin hengailuhetken, jonka yhteydessä on tarjolla teetä, kahvia ja pientä purtavaa. ♡ Tällöin on tilaa tutustua muihin qaareviin tyyppeihin sekä huokaista helpotuksesta kokouksen virallisen osuuden päätyttyä!

Kokouksessa käsitellään esityslistan (alla) mukaiset asiat ja vahvistetaan vuoden 2023 talousasiakirjat sekä toimintakertomus. Hyväksyttyämme edellä mainitut kuulemme toiminnantarkastajien lausunnon ja myönnämme niiden perusteella tili- ja vastuuvapauden vuoden 2023 luottamushenkilöille.

7. Vastuuvapauden myöntäminen vuoden 2023 vastuuhenkilöille
8. Muiden esiin tulevien asioiden kuuleminen

Qaareva ry:n virallinen hallintokieli on suomi, joten kokous käydään pääasiassa suomen kielellä. Qaareva ry:n hallituksen dokumentointi ja päätöksenteko on suomenkielistä, sillä se on rekisteröity Qaarevan viralliseksi hallintokieleksi.

Kokouspaikan esteettömyystiedot:

“Setan toimisto sijaitsee Helsingissä Länsi-Pasilassa heti Pasilan sillan päässä osoitteessa Pasilanraitio 5. Toimistokerrostalo on keltainen ja sen ulkoseinät on tiiltä. Ulko-ovi sijaitsee Alepan vieressä.

Toimistolle toiseen kerrokseen kuljetaan hissillä Pasilanraition puolelta, jossa ovisummeri sijaitsee. Alaovi on auki viiteen saakka. Pasilanraition puolella on pyörätuoliluiska. Alaovet ovat raskaat avata, joten voit pyytää meitä saapumaan vastaan alaovelle. Toimistolle pääsee myös Fredriksberginkadun puolelta portaita pitkin. Ilmoitathan etukäteen, mikäli käytät tätä reittiä, sillä takaovella ei ole summeria.

Pasilaan pääsee Helsingin rautatieasemalta kaikilla lähiliikennejunilla. Kaikki lähi- ja kaukojunat pysähtyvät Pasilassa. Länsi-Pasilaan, lähelle toimistoa, pääsee Rautatientorilta bussilla 23, Itä- ja Länsi-Helsingistä busseilla 550, 500, 506, 59 ja 50 tai raitiovaunulla 7 Pasilan asemalta ja raitiovaunulla 2 Lasipalatsilta.

Toimistolla on inva-wc. Tiloissa mahtuu liikkumaan pyörätuolilla. Tiloissa on kokolattiamatto. Toimistolla ei ole induktiosilmukkaa. Oikealla puolella ulko-ovesta tultaessa sijaitseva ryhmätila on tarkoitettu allergisille. Palvelukoirien kanssa toimistolle saapuvat voivat käyttää kirjastoa, joka sijaitsee ulko-ovesta toimistolle tultaessa vasemmalla toimiston perällä.”

Welcome to Qaareva's regular spring meeting, which will be held on Friday, April 5th 2024, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Seta's offices in Pasila, meeting room Tove. The address is Pasilanraitio 5 (2nd floor), 00240 Helsinki. If you wish, you can participate in the meeting remotely via Zoom. Please inform us that you will be attending the meeting by emailing us at qaareva@outlook.com  by April 3rd and at the same time tell us how you plan to participate in the meeting (remotely/live).

Write "Ilmoittautuminen kevätkokoukseen" as the subject of the email. You can copy the following text into the email:

After the meeting, we'll hold a queer hangout, with tea, coffee and snacks. ♡ This will give us time to get to know other queer folks and sigh with relief together after the official part of the meeting is over!

At the meeting we’ll discuss the items on the meeting agenda (below) and confirm the 2023 financial statement and annual report. After approving these, we will hear the opinion of the operational inspectors and based on them, grant the previous board freedom of responsibility.

3. Organisation of the meeting: Deciding on the chairperson, secretary, two (2) examiners of the minutes and two (2) vote counters of the meeting

7. Granting freedom of responsibility to the 2023 board

The official administrative language of Qaareva is Finnish, so the meeting is mainly held in Finnish. The documentation and decision-making of Qaareva ry's board is in Finnish, as it is registered as Qaareva's official administrative language. Outside the official parts of the meeting we will use the principle of a multilingual family. This means that we will use English or you can use any language you feel comfortable in and we will try to find someone to translate if needed. You can also ask questions in English during the official parts of the meeting.

Accessibility information:

"Seta's office is located in Helsinki in Länsi-Pasila, right at the end of the Pasila bridge at Pasilanraitio 5. The office apartment building is yellow and its exterior walls are made of brick. The outer door is located next to Alepa.

You can take the elevator to the office to the second floor from the side of Pasilanraitio, where the door buzzer is located. The bottom door is open until five. There is a wheelchair ramp on the side of Pasilanaraito. The lower doors are difficult to open, so you can ask us to meet you at the lower door. The office can also be reached from the Fredriksberginkatu side by taking the stairs. Please let us know in advance if you use this route, because there is no buzzer at the back door.

Pasila can be reached from the Helsinki railway station on all commuter trains. All local and long-distance trains stop in Pasila. Länsi-Pasila, close to the office, can be reached from Rautatientori by bus 23, from East and West Helsinki by buses 550, 500, 506, 59 and 50 or by tram 7 from Pasila station and tram 2 from Lasipalatsi.

The office has an accessible toilet. The premises are wheelchair accessible. The premises have wall-to-wall carpet. The office does not have an induction loop. The group space located on the right side when entering the front door is intended for people with allergies. Those who come to the office with service dogs can use the library, which is located at the back of the office on the left when entering the office from the front door."
